I have tried to buy this book by all means.

But I heard later that this book has been cancelled or propbably postponed..
this was in 2007 !!

so I assume this book does not exist !

I may be wrong !!

Question = I have tried to buy this book thru Amazone, astforum, etc..
But apparently this book does not exist or is not printed out

Does someone has better information on where to get it ?
