I have one question please. I have been asked to discuss and compare results on core upscaled permeability and permeability obtained from well tests.

Now permeability I obtained from Well Test is Effective permeability.

While permeability that I obtained from core analysis is Absolute permeability.

How can I compare these two results because on is absloute while other is effective ? Can anyone brainstorm ideas on it?

Also, Is there any difference between permeability obtained from core analysis and "upscaled core permeability" ?How can I get upscaled core permeability from core permeability?
