I use Ghostery and linkbucks is a data grabbing interface, it is not safe. Try it, turn on Ghostery and it will not allow you to proceed. Without Ghostery, there may be a Skip ad button and other times it will not let you proceed without a data mining quiz.
Your link tried to install a virus and take control of my computer. If that happens to anyone of you, turn off your internet connection and delete your recent history.
