Eclipse well location

please i have a question that i am trying to locate a well in my Eclipse model but i dont have the (i,J) location i have only LAS file has x coordinate and y coordinate and (the model corner point so in the grid file i have coord and zcoord please if any one can tell me how to solve the problem

Open the data file, scroll down to the SCHEDULE section, and look for the well name in the WELSPECS (for surface i,j) or COMPDAT (completion connection i, j, k's)

i dont have data file it is a new model and i should build the the schedule section by myself and i should fil in the welspecs compdat myself also
the onlything i have is a file Las format has the xcoord and ycoord and the elevation for each well, can you advice me more.
