The software will actually continue to function fine, but your usage statistics, including computer name, IP address, MAC address, date, and hours of solver usage, are reported to the Legal Compliance / piracy group at AspenTech. Your company will receive Legal Letters from aspentech if you install the app on a for-profit production environment. You'd better cut off your internet connection if you want to install it to learn or to make money from it.
