  1. Earthing and Neutral

    In a TN-S neutral system, can the neutral transformer be connected to the earthing of the transformer?
    And a second question, the earthing of the transformer can be connected to the earthing of the building?

    Supplementary :
    To my opinion, as a general rule, if you have a total earthing resistance of about 1 Ohm, or less, you can bind all the grounding systems.
    In any other case you must better separate them.
    (A safe separation distance is 20 to 30 m).
