Friend:

You have to install SPLM 11, then Cassar II, option SPLM lincese for smartPlant

Then you have to generate and id, the generate a valid serial number for Caesar II.

Then paste the code in SPLM Administrator.

Stop the service, start the service.

Tips:

Check the machine name
If you don´t have an static ip for your LAN, you have to install a Virtual network adapter, and redirect the SPLM lincense to this IP.
Remember SPLM works with an static IP of active network, it doesn´t matter if you don't have access to internet.
