Is it allowed for the company which has national license to install and service ex-protected equipment to make changes on the Ex- equipment ie. to fill the ATEX Ex e junction box with I/O modules, terminals and cable glands (all with ATEX EC-type approvals) or is it over limits and only manufacturers may do it?
