I would be so grateful if you could help me to size a vertical separator.
Separator will be placed before the inlet of a reciprocating compressor.
And I also need to calculate the inlet and outlet nozzles diameter for the separator.

We are given:

Volume Flow rate= 12000 m3/h
Inlet pressure = 18 ~ 20 Barg
Inlet Temperature = 5 ~ 30 C

Gas mixture is in the attached file.
