PSV flashing (vapor + liquid)

I am new to this software,
we have several PSV discharging hydrocarbons + water (liquid phase),
outlet conditions are below saturation pressure (flashing),
I was suggested to utilize a non-equilibrium model for PSV sizing,
how can I set this option?

You may need a specific tool.
I utilize Prode Properties which includes a whole range of models
HEM (Homogeneous Equilibrium)
HNE Homogeneous Non-Equilibrium (with Boiling Delay and Gas-Liquid Slip Contributes)
HNE-DS Homogeneous Non-Equilibrium
NHNE Non-Homogeneous Non Equilibrium
