I suggest you do this:

1. Check the *.data file directly (i.e. read it with any text editor) before running the simulation to ensure that all the keywords and the information you defined are there, you're probably constructing your model by using Elipse-Office (Am I right?); from my experience, Eclipse-Office sometimes has problems, and I wonder if you are lacking some information just like it happened before with the ZCORN values.

2. Take a look at the example data files provided with Eclipse within the installation folder, there are many example runs including DualPoro-SinglePerm and DualPoro-DualPerm simulation.
