BHFP: Mean bottom hole flowing pressure.
WHFP: WellHead Flowing Pressure.
If i understand as well, you are trying to use the API 14E and try to validate your results with pipesim (by slumberger).
If you want to validate or compare your model and selected correlations in your pipeline with two differents methods, The enviromental data is very important, because depending the surrounding altrough the pipeline route, for example if your pipeline is buried in sand or a particulary soil you need stablish the properties of the enviromental data, if is a aerial pipeline you need indicates the wind velocity and enviroment temperature all those parameters define the heat transfer and the temperature profile, viscosity and pressure in all the pipeline route.
I tried to run PIPESIM but i didn't yet but my company rent a pipephase for a few months and that simulator works very similar.
