There are quite a few around, but they are all very simple. It would be a good exercise for you to build your own in Excel
Step 1: create a table of normalized saturation values (Swn) from 0 to 1 in however many increments you want
Step 2: calculate for each Swn value, Kro and Krw as Kro = Kro_max*(1-Swn)^no, Krw = Krw_max * Swn^nw
Step 3: Calculate Sw at each Swn, Sw = Swn*(1-Swc-Sorw)+Swc
Step 4: Add a single line for Sw = 1, with Kro = 0 and Krw=1
Similar process for water gas systems.
