You'd probably get a considerably better response if you put considerably more thought into your question - what is your dissertation about (NOT simply well testing), what topic do you need papers to illustrate, what level of understanding do you currently have... etc.... demonstrate that you've had some thought on this, and others may do likewise. There are literally thousands of papers on various aspects of the subject.
