Gas production--help please!

Dear Brothers!

I encountered question" In gas and condensate reservoir,could we produce mulilayer(2,3 layers or more stimutaneously produce) gas vertical well with flow go only by tubing or not? If yes, which conditions or parameters we need to take care of in this case?"

if anybody have experiences/books related to this, please please help !!!!

Yes, you can have simultaneous layers producing to the wellbore. The main question is there cross-flow between layers or not. You can check it from well test: if there is cross-flow it would be seen on log-log plot by characteristic derivative shape, if no – you can replace all intervals by one upscaled interval (upscaling technique analogous to porosity and saturation thickness averaging on cores from different intervals).
