    You've missing files to your windows OS.

    You need to find another OS like your OS and copy all files on C:\ folder to you computer, this file are:

    CONFIG.SYS
    IO.SYS
    MSDOS.SYS
    NTDETECT.COM
    ntldr
    Bootfont.bin
    boot.ini
