Restriction orifice thickness calculation (Not Flow orifice)

Hi.

would anyone have an excel spreadsheet that can calculate the required 'thickness' of a restriction orifice (RO/FO) ?
It's based on the RW Miller formula.

I'm not looking for flow orifice/element sizing (FE).
