Looking for API Chapter 12.1.1* Shore tank calculations and thermal correction factors.

Need information on the effect temperature has on steel shore tank shell and how to calculate these factors (Tsh). Shore tank holds Bitumen so temperatures on high side of 140 degress.

Any assistance would be much apprecaited.
