Problems with my Landmark 5000.1

Please I need your help to solve the following problems: I have installed on my windows 10 laptop Landmark 5000.1 which suddenly stopped working. I reinstalled it but now it would not work. When I click on the desktop shortcut for wellplan or compass* i get the following error:

windows cannot find 'WELLPLAN\bin\Wellplan.exe'. Make sure you've typed the name correctly* then try again. I get similar message when I attempt to run compass as well. Please can someone help me with instructions on how to resolve the issue. It will be much appreciated. Thanks

I you need to launch the application by clicking original shortcuts or Start menu items. If you created your own shortcut* it doesn't work.

I got this problem before and finally it has been solved by my coworker and he installed virtual windows (WM ware) for me that was include of installed landmark and after that we ran landmark in this new windows.
