Please advise on following requirements on the API 674 pump for crude oil open/ closed drain on well head platform:
1. The complete equipment including all auxiliaries shall be designed and constructed for a minimum service life of 25 years and at least 3 years of uninterrupted operation.
2. Only proven equipment with at least 2 units operating more than 3 years in similar operation will be acceptable
3. The equipment shall be design and constructed for at least 5 years’ service between major overhauls with at least 3 years of uninterrupted operation
4. Peak to peak limit of line pulsation damper = line side pressure +/- 1.5% line side pressure.
5. pulsation damper: bladder type is preferred.
6. Life time warranty: 1/ 5 year between overhaul 2/ 3 years uninterrupted operation.
