My question maybe is a bit stupid* but I'm request to have a course for new recruits.

So* I was wondering if you know where can be available a guideline about "how to fill a mechanical equipment datasheet (eg. for a valve* a pump* a vessel or tank* ......)"

I have some datasheet sample but I would to give to the attendees a sort of booklet.

Do someone of you give me any suggestions?
