I'm now simulating an MTO process. The kinetics is already known. The feed information is also known.
I use the RYield reactor to simulate the fluidized bed.
The available experiments data is under 450C* 475C and 490C with different mass flow. I choose one group of them to define the component yield. The required answer is the products concentration.
So Calculator is built* the kinetics is set according law of mass action and Arrhenius equation.

ki= ki0*exp^(-Ea/R*(1/T-1/T0))
mi=ki*Cmet.*Mi/mf.

here* T0 is 450C* T is the temperaure in reactor. mi is the mass content of the component. Cmet. is the mole concentration of methanol from feed. Mi is the mole mass of the component. mf is the mass flow of the feed.
mi is defined as Block Var. and mass-yield of reactor and export variable. T is defined as Block Var. and Temp..


So problem is that Cmet. here is unknown and necessary here. And even the conversion is also unknown.
