Cable size guide standards to use-> BS7671 or IEC

those are cables in trenches. look for a standard for this calculation with this term

IEEE Recommended Practice for Cable Installation in Generating Stations and Industrial Facilities
IEEE Std 1185-2010 (Revision of IEEE Std 1185-1994)

    Thanks!

    As for the simulation*
Those of us with CYMCAP 4.2 don't have the "cables in trenches" option

we came up with a solution (sort of )* use raceway and set the RHO of the raceway to 0
