Use Cymcap Software
or even etap software
Good question* I would make guess* cable inside conduit in 'air'.
If cable surround by dirt/clay when buried* harder for temperature to dissipate. In tunnel* air still flow and can cool cable temperature.
For this calculation I would apply ambient temperature derating factor as underground tunnel temperature higher I guess than normal 'air' and cable proximity derating factor.
Cable size guide standards to use-> BS7671 or IEC
Thank you for understanding and answering this question
Welcome.
those are cables in trenches. look for a standard for this calculation with this term

Thanks!
As for the simulation*
Those of us with CYMCAP 4.2 don't have the "cables in trenches" option
we came up with a solution (sort of )* use raceway and set the RHO of the raceway to 0
