Hallo everyone,
I have many sample of PVT data, and i want to make a PVT model for reservoir simulation. my question is how can i create a PVT model that represent all the sample PVT that i have?
thanks for help.

My friend , you start from wrong question.
First of all to build the PVT model you need at least to know what buttons to press on software you will use if you dont care about theory but this is wrong way
If you like to read I will advise to read first what is PVT and phase behaviour theory adn then go to practice
If you are more practic rathere that theory guy than you are welcome to Elipse PVTi techinacl decribtion chapter 8 where you will find some amust theory and then how to section

Thanks for the reply,
I'm sorry if my question was wrong. i dont need to know about the button to help me make a PVT model but i mean i need the theory to make the represent PVT if we have a lot of PVT sample in same formation/reservoir.
In PVT model i think we have to match the model to lab data that we have. but should we have to match all the sample to the PVT model that we made?
if you have some references theory it would be helpful.
thanks.

there are others, Whitson, T.Akhmed.
Your task would be to select representative samples, make sure you understand sampling conditions, try to match your model, check with producing GOR/API, and generate tables for required surface conditions. depending on when samples taken (undepleted/depleted reservoir), how contaminated they are, type of fluid gas/oil/g.condensate it may be quite a job.
You are asking quite a generic question, give it a go and ask for specifics, PVT experts on this great forum (not me) would be more helpful on specific questions, i hope
Good luck!
Jemi62, I wonder what the type of reservoir fluid is the one you are dealing with. If it's a Black Oil and you have a bunch of PVT lab reports, then you don't really need to work with EoS.
