Please check the file Foundations 3; I guess the file was not converted correctly from the orignal document.

I use Adobe Acrobat Pro 8.1 and trust it opens any standard PDF file, even those languages that are not supported it displays some scribbles instead of the right characters. In the file you uploaded it shows blank pages.
