I'm looking for the following package of standards (if you have in French, it will be great, otherwise English version is OK) :

IEC 60287-1-1 Current rating equation - general
IEC 60287-1-2 Sheath Eddy Current loss factor
IEC 60287-2-1 Calculation of thermal resistance
IEC 60287-2-2 Thermal Resistance
IEC 60287-3-1 Selection of cable type
IEC 60287-3-2 Economic of power cable

don't know why iec 60287-2-1 and iec 60287-3-2 can't be uploaded

I recomend you to use a book rating of electric power cables ampacity calculations for transmission, and rating of electric power cables in unfavorable thermal environment from George Anders

or use software CYMCAP is even better than etap for duct bank calculation
