Defination of Critical Well

Hello All,

Please help me in defining the Critical Well and what are the criteria like pressure, Temp and amount of H2S % in the well. Whether Concentration of H2S will be considered at surface above well head or in reservoir.

Critical well status has to do with the capability of a well causing harm to people, livehood and enviorenment. The H2S release rate at wellhead would be determinent (this is based on stream H2S content and AOF). The vicinity to urban areas and/or sensitive enviornment is another important factor. These factors are weighted differently by different legislations I guess.
