Can someone help me to get HM 21 Calculation procedures for static and dynamic measurement of light hydrocarbon liquids.
I'd like to know how to convert from Gross Heating Value 0 C [MJ] to 60 F [BTU]
And I hope that it is written in this standard. If IP-251:1976 is available, that would also help me a lot.
