I am working on calculations for LPG and Natural Gas heating values, SG etc and would like to use safe data ( in Metric units ).

The details in this MPMS are very comprehensive but are essential to getting an industry acceptable calculation result.

I am the gas engineer tasked with design for an underground LPG ( propane vapour ) reticulation system for around 10,000 homes in an area that has no immediate prospects for connection to Natural Gas.
However, i am sizing the pipe network ( fully fusion welded PE ) to initially distribute LPG at 120 kPa ( 17.4 psig ) and perhaps latter convert to Natural Gas. Chicken and egg scenario............build the load and the pipeline might follow.
