Dear Schtiel,
NCSL International deals with Metrology in General, covering various measurement fields including Process Instrumentation. I cannot determine fully, but it appears your requirement pertains to Process Instrumentation, if this assumption is correct, and in case the requisite Book is not available, I suggest you can use: Calibration: A Technician's Guide published by ISA and available on the forum.
