Look for Lab tutorials from Colorado State University. They have up to six sets of lab manuals for PSS/E Tutorial. Whether v32 or v33, the principles are still the same.

PSS/e 33.8 is out now. Seems to have a lot of new functionality including co-simulation with PSCAD
