How can i simulate FCC , VDU , Visbreaking .. etc ?

Dear friends,

I am asking about how to simulate any process in refining such as ; Fluidized Catalytic Cra'cking , Vacuum Distillation Unit , Soaker Visbreaking , Hydrotreating and hydroreforming ... etc

i have searched many times but i haven't found except atmospheric distillation and Gas processing which are included with HYSYS Toturials

Could any one help me ?

Can you tell me first what exactly you want from this model. Kermitel is simply pointing you to another product. Do you have the Aspen HYSYS for Petroleum Refining option, AKA Refsys Option? If you do you can use something called a yield shift reactor to have first stab at it or if you really need a detailed model, you can add rigorous reactor models (at a cost!). But maybe you are not looking at modelling those reactors themselves in great detail, but only the process around it?

I am a petroleum refining student and i just want to know how can i simulate all refining processes using HYSYS or another software so i asked for a solved model
