D-FLUAT-R coating material for concrete pits and manholes

Dear forum members,

I am currently working on a project for Kuwait Oil Company, and in their company standard KOC-C-025 a coating of 3 layers of "D-FLUAT-R" is required for concrete manhole protection.
Does anyone recognize or know this coating material? Any information on the product and how do get it will be highly appreciated.

I can't find anything by that name but the spec does say "or KOC approved equivalent". Submit a good epoxy concrete coating for their approval.

SANITARY SEWER MANHOLES AND VALVE PITS
A. Interior and Exterior Coating Material
The interior and exterior of all manhole and valve pit structures shall be coated with three coats of a factory or field applied acrylic polymer-base concrete coating and sealant that is neither asphalt nor coal tar based. Acceptable coating is ConSeal CS-55, colors gray or black, as manufactured by Concrete Sealants, New Carlisle, Ohio or equal.
The total dry film thickness shall be 3.5 mils. Coating shall be applied to the tongue and groove area of the manhole sections as well.
