I am stress engineer.
I need it for welding strength calculation in my Jacketed piping system, for checking the load on the weld joint in limit, comparing with Caesar-II report.

You can have a free welding software 'WeldShop' which includes welding procedures of selected low alloy steels piping commonly used in petrochemical / refining industries.
