Request Information on Fusible Loop System / Plug Selection

Dear Sir / Madam,

Can anyone let me know, is there any Standard for:

1. Selection of Temperature Rating for a Fusible plug to use in OFFSHORE locations
2. Is there any standard saying time period to replace the Fusible Plug at Offshore locations.

- For the temperature setting shoud be depending on Client Engineering Standard Specifiction like Chevron specfied 80 Degree C.
- Since it is like tubing with melting plug, life time should be same general tubing fittings. Better to contact Vendor i.e. Swagelok to further recomendations/confirmations.
