Typical Substation Layout for Any Plant

Hi,

Can some body share me a copy of "Typical Substation Layout for any Plant". I have to prepare substation layout for one of our project which includes 6.6 KV , 690(VSD),415 V & 230 V Loads. The Major eqiuipments involved are PMCC & MCC(Intelligent type), PDBs, Lighting DB & Fire Alarm Panel etc.
