Can someone please share Russian SNIP standards? In particular, I need SNIP standards for piping and structural design. I think structural design is SNIP 01416 and piping is 15000. If someone has SNIP standards, please upload all if you can.

I am trying to develop piping design and plant and piping layout design criteria for Kazakhastan mining client, can anyone tell me where I can get dimensions for clearances between equipment, pipe racks, platforms, instrument clearances, platforms widths and heights and stairways with relevant gost and snip standards
