    I have some trouble re-building the standard. Specifically between the 4th and 5th part. 4th part ends at page 92, 5th part starts at page 97.
    Could you please check the parts?

    I just checked... 4 gives me 91-92
    5 gives me 93-96

    The site does not allow .b1 files, I renamed these .rar to upload. After downloading rename .rar to .b1 and unpack them.

    this time it is 7 parts but you keep bookmarks, 4 here

    5,6,7 again rename all to .b1
