You don't need any account to upload. If you go to rapidshare.com, you will find the following instructions:

How does RapidShare work?

On the homepage, click the "Browse" button.
On your computer, choose the file you wish to upload.
Click "Upload".

In addition to this you can choose an Internet-Carrier within the premium and collector zone.

After uploading is completed, a new window will appear containing two links.

Save the Delete-Link, which enables you to delete the file later.
Save the Download Link, in order to be able to download your file again.

I can as well do this for you, but I feel if you learn to do it yourself you are not dependent on anyone in future.
