error when installerr aspen FCC 2006

when i installer aspen FCC 2006
so i meet a bellow error
you can solution it for me

I think you need to replace that cab file with a new one , also check your files that burned on DVD and Hard to have space to install Aspen ....

yes, i also think
but i don't have DVD
i just download it from internet
so it been lost "ASPENF~4" file
so everyone have one, you can share it for me (an indispensable file)
