PLC Cycle Timing Calculation & Memory Requirements

Dear All,
I want to calculate the PLC cycle timing. It is a Siemens S7-416 and I have full IO list. Somebody please tell me step wise the following.
1) How to calculate the cycle timing of PLC? as of now we don't have a programed.
2) how to calculate the memory requirements?

Some kind of sample calculation or a step wise work instructions will be very much useful and appreciated.
