Does anybody has any step by step procedure on how to decomission and/or abandon an pipeline?
Steps can be for a gas or an oil ppl (it doesn't matter).
In case of decomissioning the ppl has to be filled with corrosion inhibited water. In case of abandonment it has to be filled with fresh water.
