Looking for B31.3 2012 with Index in-tact, CSA W59 2013 and 47.1 2014

Hi Everyone!
I am lookoing for a copy of B31. 3 2012 edition with the index on the left still in-tact (like the 2010 version that is floating around) so I can easily search.
Also looking for CSA W59 and 47.1 the most recent copies (2013 and 2014 resp.).
I have searched for all on the usual sites with no luck, downloaded 10 copies of B31.3-2012 and all are the same.
Hope someone can help!
