software for design of storage tanks?

i have a project of designing a storage tank, so which software should i use
COMPRESS, INTERGRAPH OR AMETANK(ETANK)

first : i had no idea compress can design tanks . In my opinion ( only from working a little with both coade tank and ametank) you can use coade tank if you make a basic design of a storage tank and you can use ametank if you are going for a more detailed design + construction drawings+ bill of materials.
