At first I choose the second option by installing the RMS server,bu it did not work, so I followed the first option, and yes, it's working for me now.
I did not uninstalled the RMS server when I worked with the first option by creating the two enviroment variables.

CHEMCAD only works if the year is changed to 2015. So you need to work with this year otherwise it does not recognize the license file.
