    hi. i downloaded this document. it is API PROPOSED STANDARD 661, Air-cooled Heat Exchangers -2015 draft:

    This document is identical to API Standard 661, 7th Edition, published July 2013. API is proposing to publish this document unchanged as ANSI/API Standard 661, 8th Edition, after meeting all ANSI procedural requirements for American National tandards (ANSs), including a new Consensus Body ballot, and following ANSI approval as an ANS.

    The 7th is the latest, the 8th proposal has not been acted on.
