lets Start Sharing Procurement Procedure

Hi Dear Friends
I want to know different ways of Procurement material which in some it is general statement like:
"All tests specified in relevant specification and standards shall be done on materials" which do not specify how much attendance of TPA/TPI is mandatory like that where it is necessary to specify Witness, Spot Witness, Review and so on ....

Also I have another Procurement Procedure which specified levels of material for inspection. in this one based on the level of material at least quantity of document and inspection is specified .

Also there is another Procedure which require password from bharatpetroleum as following address.if anyone find password please share it.

Now I ask every one to please share any Procurement Procedure you have to have a better conception of whats going on in world about material.

Please be aware that this is not a document type like ASME PTB-8. It is a document says how a material inspection requirement by how much inspection shall be satisfied. therefore please upload anything you have related this issue.
