i have intalled hysys 8.4 on windows 8.1 two messages appears:
1-to use aspen properties in hysys, at least one databank should be installed and registered throughproperties darabase configuration tool
2-none of specified APED databases are accessible.hence you can not use aspen properties entreprise database.

is there any solution?
