Position Description:
Recovery Plant Department is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the Hawiyah NGL Recovery Plant Maintenance Division.
Duties And Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to be able to perform the following:
Handle all T&Is planning functions including but not limited to the following;
developing maintenance scope of work,
developing contracts scope of work,
estimating the materials & invoices costs,
conducting the 3 T&I planning meetings with the OME team,
developing the T&I execution schedule,
developing the T&I manpower chart,
coordinating the mobilization & confirming the readiness of the contractors,
developing the T&I safety action plan, and scheduling all needed heavy equipment services.
Support the T&I execution team to enhance the T&I cost and plant availability through reducing the turnaround time. Attend Job-Explanation Meetings of NDE projects to explain the scope of work to the contractors.
Handle and monitor the contractors construction progress and safety performance of the NDE projects.
Write high quality letters, memos, technical reports concerning projects and T&I activities.
Provides adequate development and training and guidance for the lesser-qualified Saudi young T&I engineers through mentorship.
Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you should have a bachelor degree of engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, from a recognized and approved program.
Must have a minimum of seven years of experience in Projects and T&I planning, scheduling and execution.
