I want to ask you, if somebody has experience with LRUT (Long Range Ultrasonic Test).
My problem, I like to find out about the wall thickness of the existing 10” pipeline. By using intelligent Pig it is very expensive. Somebody told me, that using LRUT the cost is more economical. Could you please advise me the following matter :

1. Is the LRUT comply with ASME V ? Because in ASME V it is stated only UT (Ultrasonic Test)
2. How accurate the LRUT compare to Intelligent Pig
3. Do you have any problem by using LRUT ?
